Our stay was wonderful. A man working at the front desk named Garrett was incredibly helpful. He recommended restaurants to us multiple times that ended up being exactly what we were looking for. He also gave us recommendations for stores located nearby. Garrett was amazing, and we are so grateful for his help. He made our stay fantastic!

I had checked in on line as a diamond member. I checked in to room 101 as we had a pup with us and easier to take her out. When we got there the AP changed our room # to 218. I even showed the lady at the front desk my screen shot of my AP showing 101. She couldn't care. Shower was a bit beat up in the room and the room was smaller then most Hilton products.

Extremely friendly, respectful, and helpful staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady. After a possible scam with booking our room (entirely not at the fault of the hotel) Caesar (the front desk person) was very helpful with helping me to figure out the issue. He was respectful and understanding. He even went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed in the room to make our stay even more enjoyable! The hotel Manager, Monica was just as wonderful; she went above and beyond to help us with our reservation dilemma as well as provided whatever we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable; we especially liked the ability to log into our Disney+/Netflix accounts; made it helpful for our grandkids; we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Monica and Caesar for your hard work in making sure your guests are well taken care of!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine attentiveness. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even greeted with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after traveling. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches that made it both stylish and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the linens felt luxurious. We especially appreciated the little details — complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and excellent Wi-Fi that kept us connected throughout our stay. The amenities were outstanding. We both enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the spa experience was one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning. The location was also perfect — close to the main attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy peaceful evenings together. If we had to mention one very small area for improvement, it would be the parking location. But honestly, that’s the only reason we’re giving 4.9 instead of a perfect 5. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples looking for comfort, convenience, and first-class service.

Currently staying at this hotel and my experience has been great. The hot breakfast is tasty, the cleaning crew is very polite and always leaves my room extremely clean. Cesar at the front desk has been great. Very friendly and professional. Great experience thus far.

The rooms were clean and look really nice, fairly quiet at least when we stayed. Definitely close by to tones of shops and places to eat.

Excellent at Everything! Service Staff was exceptional and so kind. We were going to stay near airport but that hotel was unacceptable so we found this one last minute. They offered cookies and water at front desk, gym had peloton bike, and snack bar was loaded with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was made by a wonderful woman who made everything, including home made salsa! Everything was good! Definitely making this our travel stop in El Paso from now on.

I would like to highlight Caesar, who was the front desk clerk during my stay here. He gave outstanding service! He met every accommodation we requested. He even reached outside of his realm of responsibility just to ensure my family and I were comfortable during our stay here. Caesar does everything he can to make sure the guests are met. I am a disabled veteran with an array of disabilities. Having selfless devoted service to guests and even veterans is very refreshing. If i am ever in el paso again, I will make sure to stay here and always ask for Caesar!
